I tried to oc my 1600 at 4ghz and 1.4 volts. It saved and exited. It went on For 10 minutes everything onbur wouldn't boot. So I held the power button to force a reboot. So it did it again for 10 minutes till I shut it off again. This time I tried reseting cmos and now it won't turn even I to bios and will keep boot led on. So I shut it off and now I'm asking what to do?

Solution
Give it time to cool off. Removing the side panel may speed that up.

While you're waiting, check the mobo manual on resetting the BIOS. Sometimes there is a jumper that has to be set to drain capacitors and then reset to run.

If none of that helps, you've toasted something. Overclocking does that sometimes.
