I'm looking to build my first ever gaming computer; with having little to no knowledge in the field. I've spent a couple weeks doing some research on which parts which best suited my budget.

I'm mainly going to play LoL which doesn't really require a $1000 build but I am looking to play other games which games I am still not sure of, but I do hope this is enough for most games out there

My budget is around $800-900 CAD so this is my build, I know it's over but I do have some leeway with my money just hoping it doesn't go over $1000

P.S. I already have a 3.5 1tb Sata hard drive at home to add onto it.

Comments: I3-6100 is not best bang for the money, 250 gb ssd is too small storage unless you plan to add a 1tb HDD soon. My edits:

u might be wondering why i put a 1050ti in exchange for a better CPU instead
here's some reason:
1. it's easier to replace the GPU later on when u upgrade rather than upgrading your CPU
2. getting a 4c/4t when the trend of 4c already started to shift toward the 6 cores is bad imo :)
3. the pricing for those GPU are still volatile
if u still want to upgrade, there's still headroom for the 1060 3 GB i guess [but the VRAM amount might be the future issue]
4. since ur target for now are mainly e-sport title, the 1050ti is more than enough, it can even handle AAA titles @1080p on med-high settings :)
5. the remaining money could be used for buying games instead XD

here's the one with 1060 3 GB, in case u still want those extra horsepower, but wanted to stay below 1k$ [i lowered the CPU a bit in exchange for the better GPU]:

although, if u're waiting for the upcoming Zen+ [as a CPU upgrade, it's the Ryzen's improvement], u can use this instead:

slightly above your target but it has 1060 6GB that u previously wanted, 16GB of RAM instead [some games can use above 8GB RAM when provided in exchange for smoother and less jittery gaming experience]

Solution
Get a quad core, faster memory, and higher watt power supply. Also the old b250 is end of life. I suggest getting the newer Z370 that supports 6 and future 8 cores.
