My PC work fine yesterday but today it just boot loop itself after I taking it to cleaning dust off. I haven't touch any component inside my case, just open case panel side and top to clean that dust on my case panel but I never touch any component inside.

After finish everything and take it back to my desk, turn it on, then it go boot loop.

I try taking off GPU, clear CMOS, changing RAM position, try single stick of RAM and..

(note. I usually running on A2 and B2)

1. Single stick RAM did the trick on socket A1 or A2 it let me boot to Windows. (I try both of my RAM stick and both of them work fine)
2. When I put on Dual stick RAM on both A2 and B2 again then it goes boot loop even swapping stick.
3. When I put on Dual stick RAM on both A1 and B2 it boot to windows normally even swapping stick.

Now I be able to get PC on by changing RAM position (A1 and B2) and I think I would be fine now..

But I wrong..

I have experience unreliable FPS in most game like never before. When I play BF4 at first it running fine at 75 FPS solid then after couple minute, it went bad my FPS suddenly drop + stutter to 37-38 FPS but when I hit Alt+Tab my FPS come back to normal 75 FPS solid for minute and then it drop to 38 FPS again.

Also a little bit FPS stuttering in other game either. (I did re-clean install GPU driver by DDU)

After thinking for a while I though these might be the cause..

1. RAM socket faulty.
2. Bent/Broken pin (probably happen when I moving my PC around for cleaning) but I haven't check MB pin yet.
3. Software fault / windows glitch (I just update my windows 10 before going to bed yesterday)

Is it possible for one of them that just ruin my PC?

Can you help me please : (

Solution
run memtest on one ram stick in main a slot. if it passes swap sticks. also make sure the mb has the newest bios file and also try and reset gpu make sure it locked in. one issue that can come up is cpu creap. if you moved the large heat sink it may have pulled by sucktion the cpu slightly up out of the cpu slot. unlock the cpu press down make sure the cpu is locked in.
