Hi guys, I've write a theme about this problem before, but do not say the question correctly. I have Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual Sim with Windows Phone 8.1. So i have problem with my home wifi. When I connect my phone to my router it says that the wifi is secure, am connected, but when I try to use the internet it says ''cannot find server or dns error''. I research for the answer in google, I've saw so many solutions like ''turn on the plane mode and then turn it back off'', ''do a hard reset (which i do twice)'', ''use static ip(got no option like that in the settings)'' and stuff... If somebody have got this problem and find a solution please tell me. It's a pain in the ass to have wi-fi on my home and cannot fix it...

Well your English is better than a lot of my fellow Americans. I am stumped. About the only possible thing I can think of is that you need a port opened on your router just for your phone to access. You would have to go through your internet service provider's customer support for that. I had to do that years ago for my Playstation 4 which kept giving me connection problems. Good luck!
Have you gotten on a PC in your home and checked the network to see what WiFi (or hard wired) devices are currently connected to your router? If your phone does not show up as a device currently connected, then it's a good chance you are having a hardware problem with your phone.

I know this is not helpful for you, but I do not recommend anyone ever buying a Windows phone. Microsoft should have always stayed in the software business alone. Their Windows Phone support is abysmal. And apparently they got the message because this month it was announced that Microsoft would no longer be in the smart phone market and eventually stop supporting updates.

First, thanks for the quick answer. Second, am 100% sure that the problem isn't in hardware of the phone, because when I go to other house, and every bar that got wi-fi I've got no problem to connect to wi-fi and use it. I find this problem only on my own router that I've got in my house. I think am the first person that got this problem in the entire world, because on the entire internet I didn't find someone with my problem and eventually a fix for it. So I manege to ask here. Sorry for my bad English and thanks for the help...:'(

Thanks for the advice. I contact with my internet service provider's, they come to my house and do stuff on the router and now, after 3 months I've got internet connection on my phone, without having problems. Thank's again for the help. And about the part with the Windows Phone... I know that there is so much phone who are better than it, but my first phone was Lumia and then I've bought Android and iOS phones, but then one of my friends buy himself a Lumia, then he ask me for tips about the phone... and when it was at my hands, I feel like when I was a child and I was holding my first phone... so I decide to buy myself a new Lumia... just to be happy with it...
