Hi all, So I'm building my pc and i come across this PSU which is only INR 2650 (Around $40) on a website. I tried looking this up on the PSU tier list 2.0 but I couldn't find this exact model. I've checked other websites, but not much info is provided. Is anybody out there using it, and how is its performance? I'm on a tight budget, that's why I need this PSU. TIA

Power supplies are guilty until proven innocent, so without a real teardown to go by, and Cooler Master's extremely mixed results on the budget end, I would shy away from this. The PSU is the most important component in your build, after all.

Ok, but this is the only PSU around this price range with 80+ efficiency (afaik). Any other PSU around the same price range which is good enough?
My specs:
Ryzen 3 1200 (no oc)
Avexir core series 8gbx1
gtx 1060 3gb
Asus prime a320m-k
BenQ LED 1920x1080
WD blue 1tb 7200 rpm
TIA

This is good, but its a little out of my budget.

Sounds like you need to up the budget some so you can get a good safe PSU.

Power Supplies are the most important part in any PC, get a bad one and it could damage the parts and or worst case start a fire.

Really the last thing you want to cut corners on.

Wow okay I didnt know a bad PSU could actually damage your components, I just thought it'll stop working or whatever. Thanks for the info guys. Although now i'll need to buy a cheaper mobo, it feels safer to get a better PSU. That PSU looks like a good one, I think i'll go with that.
