My CPU never gets fully utilized despite me running processes that should be using a 100% of the CPU. Everything I do takes forever because of this please help. Also it's a brand new computer no viruses. I already did a thread on this website about this but no one could figure it out and it seems to be getting worse. But I did find something abnormal about my kernel time.
