USB 3.0 does barely fit in its port

So basically the usb was perfectly fine until i used in in an older computer in our school it seemed kinda weird that almost half of it was sticking out but it was working so i fought no more of it now that i came home and wanted to plug the usb in it went really and i mean really hard for a usb it should slide just in but there was a lot of resistance so i am worried something got damaged and the speeds are kinda low like we are taliking 15-20 mb/s read speed and its a usb 3.0.

Any ideas? :c

Ok... update i guess i plugged it in a usb 2.0 port it slipped in perfectly i dont know why it was getting 40 mb/s read speeds witch was weird and the i plugged it back in the usb 3.0 port and it went in perfectly as it should no idea why and the read speeds were 130-150 mb/s as they should be so thanks any ways

Junii I know its weird i am suprised aswell and its not like i dont know anything about pcs thats why that was even stranger to me and i have no clue how the pluging in the usb 2.0 fixed the fit and the speeds

I know that as i said before i am not new to pcs but it didnt really wanna go in the usb 3.0 port but it just went in the usb 2.0 port like butter and then when i tried putting it back in the 3.0 it was perfect as it should be.
