Performance problem! Need urgent help with it.

Hello Guys!

I bought a pc and i'm having issues.. I tried to find it on my own but i can't get to know what is wrong.

Pc Specs:
Software: Windows 10 pro 64bit
Cpu: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.40Ghz (Kentsfield 65nm Technology)
Ram: 8GB 800mhz 4x2GB
Motherboard: Dell Inc. (maybe its O)DU723D (Microprocessor)
Gpu: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti
Storage: 300 & 500HDD

So i've checked the same settings on youtube and they were playing games like CS:GO on 80fps high, league of legends 120fps on highest.
What i'm getting is barely 40fps on medium? I even tried cs:go on lowest and the FPS is playing around 40-120..

Cinebench on cpu is around 180-210. Can anyone help me with it? What that might cause the problem?

Hello Dextermat,

I don't have any software issues, i've overchecked it many times with different things. Any idea how much i can overclock this CPU? Bc i also don't want it to overheat.

Also sometimes we're having black screen dunno why tho, there is a chance that the motherboard is bad tho.

I didn't buy this setup bc i was it on youtube. I also don't believe everything like you said.

If i upgrade it to ddr4 8gb ram 1600mhz and i5 7500 and a good motherboard, should it work alot better or just a bit better?

That's not really an upgrade but a new build. That said, yes, you will see a huge improvement.
