Bad fps help please!?

Hello im having bad fps on games i dont know why i could run these games good before now its fps drops etc specs
Windows 10 64 bit
Intel Core i7-4702MQ
2.20GHz 8 RAM
Nvidia 750m
Im using a acer laptop btw

try cleaning up your windows, closing background apps. Do a clean install of your video drivers. You can allways try to boot in safemode and test if it is still a problem, if not there is probably some software eating your resources. also fysically cleaning your rig might help with cooling issues making a gpu throttle.

I cleared my whole laptop yesterday used factory settings and today i tried to clean my laptop's dust i do have a cooler under my laptop it just seems in the first few minuts the fps is good and after a bit it comes down

I dont think that heating is the problem here to i mean my fps is really bad ingame even with that heat is geforce expierence good to use or not?

I dont fully understand what your saying here but i just got a message from nvidia that i need to update my driver but im confused since i alrealy did today this morning maybe something went wrong with the download
