My computer as usual. Two days later I turned it on, and got no display. When I looked inside, the fans on my gpu weren't spinning. Everything else seemed to be fine, the lights came on, the inside fans were spinning, etc. I've tried a different graphics card and got the same issue.
My motherboard is an MSI 970A-G43
Graphics card is a Radeon R7 370
RAM is 2 8GB Ripjaws
PSU is a CX500
Processor is AMD FX-4350

After trying replacements for every part except ram motherboard, I'm pretty sure it is the mobo. Is that a safe assumption?

Did you try with one RAM stick at a time? Do a full reset on the BIOS by removing all power and removing the CMOS battery for 10 seconds, or using the jumper?

I did try with one ram at a time, and I did take the battery out and put it back in.

Bad CPU maybe. If you tried another power supply and video card as well as testing the RAM, you pretty much replaced everything. Did you try another cable and monitor also or test yours with another system? Maybe the card or power supply you tested were also not good or were not installed properly.

I'm pretty sure I have replaced every part, so it'd almost have to be user error or bad cables somewhere. I'll see if I have any extra cords to try tonight.
