I recently got myself an ssd wich i pulled out of my old macbook , it was a kingston SSDNow v300 480GB , and it's doing well but when i was installing my OS (Windows 7), i forgot to unplug the HDD so the SSD now can't boot without the HDD , and when i go and boot from my SSD it says No operating System Detected but the OS is on there , it goes on the OS installed on the SSD when i boot it from my HDD from the BIOS , so i heard that the system reserved holds the bios settings and that could be the issue, is there anyway i could make a System Reserved volume on my SSD because i feel like the System Reserved volume being on the HDD is slowing my boot time and i noticed that when i boot my pc , when it gets to "Windows Starting" before the Windows logo is made out of the 4 Lights , it turns black for a second and goes back to normal and the lights come and i boot ,this didn't happen to me when i installed my OS (that flickering) but i think it started happening when i made my ssd a AHCI ,at least i think so.

Solution
When both the SSD and the HDD are connected the system boots to the Win 7 OS, right? Provide a screenshot of Disk Management immediately after the boot.
