Im playing shadow of war and recently upgraded to a GTX 1070 from a R9 290X, the graphics are much better and im playing on high, it can run ultra quite easily but I like the head room just in case. For some reason I seem to be stuck at 47-50 fps, surely I should be getting at least 60? I've had a look around and can't seem to find an answer any help would be much appreciated, I just want to get the best out of this card I spent a lot on (probably shouldn't have hahah)

8GB RAM
OS - Windows 7 64bit
Monitor - 1440p @60Hz
