Definitely your CPU. PUBG has the FX-6300 as the minimum requirement which translates into "Use this if you want the game to kinda run." But before you do that, try reading this:

You will likely need new:
CPU
RAM
Motherboard
You can't JUST upgrade your CPU, unfortunately. The FX line is dead, so you will need to decide if you want AMD's new Ryzen line or Intel's Skylake or above.
