that is my parts list, the budget is about 400 dollars, the reason I put the gtx 950 is because I already have that laying around so subtract that from the price, but that is the GPU I want to use to save money. I am still under 400 dollars. What should I do with that remaining money? Do you guys think it would be a good idea to use some of that to activate windows or is it better to use windows not activated. Should I get a better processor or a better power supply? what should I use the money for? I would like to not go over 400 dollars.

The G4600 is clocked 100MHz higher, so it is ever so slightly faster and costs less. Plus it has the better integrated graphics like the i3, i5, and i7 but you probably won't need it.
