Will this powerline adapter work?

I'm going to buy a powerline adapter because my wireless wifi adapter is horrible. The powerline adapter that I'm going to buy is the TP-Link AV200 Nano Powerline Adapter Starter Kit one.
I am running Windows 10, will it be compatible with my operating system?

The powerline devices really don't care what you plug into them they have no idea about OS.

The av200 devices are rather old technology, if cost is a huge issue they will likely work ok. The av2 devices like 1000 or 1200 work much better because they use things like the ground connector. It all depends the quality of your house wires and what speeds you really need.
