I recently had to replace an evga gtx 970 ftw, as well as my motherboard, because both had broken down. That card hard always managaed 1080p, 100fps+, but this one starts out (first 10 minutes of playing) at 100+, then drops to 30-55, rarely ever getting back to 60. My current build:
i5-4690k, no oc, asus z87 pro, 16gb 2133 mhz ram from evga, evga gtx 970 ftw, 2 tb hdd, 250gb samsung 850 evo, cooler master hyper 212 evo, 750w evga b2.
The game I'm trying to play is called warface. I have updated to the latest nvidia drivers, but I seem to be having issues with updating bios of motherboard, and I'm not sure where to go next. Any feedback on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.
