i need a new cpu i was wondering wich one is the best that is compatble with my motherboard and also wich cooler i should get with the CPU.

Don't get an APU if you intend to do any kind of gaming as said. Not only are the iGPU's in them weak, but they often perform much worse without sufficiently fast DDR3 memory (and they use up some of that memory).

As said something like:

750K
760K

Check PCPARTPICKER and EBay for prices. The 760K seems to be the BEST CPU that motherboard supports.

What COOLER depends on if you plan to overclock, as well as your budget. CRYORIG has a few I could recommend. I'll put in some links below

FM2 at pcpartpicker USA (not FM2+):
https://pcpartpicker.com/products/cpu/#k=23

No good CPU's in stock. Probably need to go to EBAY.

*Having said that, the A8-5600K can be used then don't use the graphics part:
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/wMsKHx/amd-cpu-ad560kwohjbox

this is the CPU benchmark (CPU... no graphics tested):
https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+A8-5600K+APU

It should be IDENTICAL to the 760K etc at the same frequency, so unless you save a lot with EBAY (including shipping) go with this instead as it's much more reliable for purchasing plus a warranty etc.

(It's still a TRINITY based APU, so if you get an APU with 4-core CPU from 6000/Richland then get that instead of cheap but I didn't see any)

COOLER:

May be better value out there, but probably not. I wouldn't get a CM Hyper 212 EVO or similar unless very tight budget.

*I did NOT READ any details on this page.. I just linked after noting that there seem to be plenty of cheap 760K's to choose from.

Look for the cheapest that appears to be somewhat reliable. Preferably fairly close geographically.
