Looking for information about parts for a water-cooling system

Hi, I am wanting to surprise my husband with water cooling parts for his self-built computer for our anniversary. I've watched a few videos, but computer parts and functions are not in my field of expertise (I actually know nothing at all about computers). I've picked out a few things and am looking for someone with computer knowledge to tell me if what I have chosen will work, or if I need to change anything. He likes RGB functions and wants color in the water that will make it pop (however, I've heard that is not best for the system). I will post my list below and please please suggest what I need to change or add. I can also provide information about the current components of his computer if needed. Thanks.

Case: Thermaltake with 3 fans; dimensions: 19.5" x 9.8" x 20.1"

Pump and Reservoir: Enermax; 200ml; NEO changer

Tubing: Primochill Primoflex; 3/8 in x 1/2 in; 10ft pack

Solution
for the radiator:
http://hardwarelabs.com/nemesis/gts/280gts/
available here: http://hardwarelabs.com/where-to-buy/north-america/

He will also need 6 of these to connect the tubes to the components (pump/rad/CPU block)
https://www.amazon.com/Swiftech-Lok-Seal-Compression-Fitting-4-pack/dp/B00V2RP7E4
and my be some angled adapters.

as for the rest of the components:
This is the most advanced CPU block http://www.aquatuning.us/water-cooling/cpu-water-blocks/cpu-water-blocks/22230/aquacomputer-cuplex-kryos-next-mit-vision-1156/1155/1151/1150-acryl/nickel?c=6465

I wish my gf would try to do something like that for me :)
the list as is can not work for the following reasons:
1. aluminum (radiator) and copper/brass can not be mixed in a single loop - it will cause galvanic corrosion
2. the radiator is too small - should be 240mm at least
3. fittings required to connect the components to the tubes

do you have a budget in mind ? a decent custom loop for CPU would start at ~200$ and a good one would be around 300-350$

also, have a look at the cases below, they are much more convenient for installing a liquid cooling loop and have much better airflow that allows to keep things both cool and quiet. the RGB can be added in a form of fans or RGB strips.
