Upgrading computer to handle video processing

Hi, my computer is getting really bogged down when I do extensive video editing in premiere pro.

I have...

Intel Core i3-6100
8GB DDR3L SDRAM
1TB SATA hard drive

Would upgrading any of these help?

Whichever is easiest I would prefer!

PS, not sure about the mother. Whatever comes with Dell.

if it still a full dell with it power supply you have to look online for parts upgrade see what cpu the mb support. some cpu can pull more wattage then dell or hp mb can support. the short money upgrade is 8g more ram and new power supply and a video card. the swap out the i3 for i5/i7.
myself i would use the old dell for billing/word/web for the kids and get a newer unit wiht new coffee lake cpu.
