Can this do video editing?

I am tired of waiting for a Mac Mini that never arrives.

I am finally thinking of this.

ASRock H110M
16 GB RAM - 2133 MHz
128 NVMe Boot drive
120 Sata SSD Cache drive
HDD storage
i7-7700 [NOT K]

It does not take a graphics card.

Can it handle 4K or 2560x1440P video editing?

I want a small form factor computer, not a 30 lb behemoth.

Intel® HD Graphics 630 is not great, but is it sufficient?

I would be using Adobe elements/premier /NOT PRO

Could this work, or would I be wasting $1100

If you could recommend a pre-built small form factor video editing rig for that price, let me know. I am interested in making YT video.

At first, I was not going to do this, but I was told that the ALC 283 2 ch audio codec will not limit the audio channels on the video.

I believe many apps can use a video card to accelerate tasks, so maybe someone can chime in on that specifically?
CPU is good, ram is slow. Depending on the size of the video you can easily run out of flash storage, as well as ram.

Essentially any PC can handle any video editing, just a matter of how long things take, and what sort of quality you preview at.

As a fellow mac & PC user, forget about PC's being small. Even a mini-itx is like a 5XL supersized obese mac mini.
I was also waiting for a new 4K mini, but gave up and built a m-ATX hackintosh instead. No end of hassles, but it's good now.
