Hello , guys need help pls my ingame FPS are always 60 + in The Division but i recently installed MSI Afterburner it works fine but after three days now while i play Division and msi running in background i can't move my mouse rightly it is like shuttering but FPS are not dropping :/
if i turn off msi it works perfectly but while msi running in background my ingame mouse moves shuttery
