Yesterday when i tried to open m computer it shows reboot and select proper device error. Because i'm a computer noob i searched for guides how to fix the error. But nothing works. Then after sometime i realize why my Hard Drive displays 0 bytes at bios setup (i only have 1 hard drive). Does this mean my Hard Drive is dead? Is thete a way to save my Hard Drive?

Here's the pic:

PS: People might misunderstood that the pic is from 2011 but the reasom why it displays 2011 because the settings resets when i changed the power cable for hard drive ( it didnt work and it only made the problem worse. The computer won't even boot up. In the end i changed it back )

Sorry for my poor grammar and english.

Solution
If that is the original drive that came with the system, yes it could have easily failed. You have an early Intel i model CPU which means the PC is 5 years or or older.

Remove the drive, check it with a USB enclosure or dock in another system, see if it can see any data. You can run Recuva or some other file recovery program to see if it will get anything from it.
