I bought a captain 120ex gamerstorm to cool an i7 4770k (not overclocked). As temperature, I get ~40°C in BIOS, ~35°C Idle on desktop, ~60°C in games, and ~70°C in full load. Are these temperatures normal?
I used to use a low end aircooler Zalman CNPS8X, and I got nearly the same temperatures.
I'm planning to Overclock my CPU to 4.2Ghz and I'm worried that this AIO watercooling cannot handle carefully this CPU when overclocked.

Solution
well I used to run a 120mm radiator (Enermax 120S) with a 4790K and ran about the same temps you have now. it was a little better then I use 2 fans on the radiator (one push one pull) and controlled the cpu fan and cpu-opt fans to a different temp curve than the default in bios. and got stable overclocking to 4.6GHZ , I have switched since to a 240mm, radiator and found it better cooling. the Haswell CPU do get very hot
