Stock Cooler Enough?

Hi. I was looking to make a new PC and I believe I have almost everything down for one except a cooler. Is the cooler that comes along with the Ryzen 5 enough for gaming and possible video editing? The motherboard is a MSI B350 Tomahawk. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nZNF7h
That’s a list of all the items.( Also, i’m new to PC building so I’m sorry for my limited knowledge.)
 
Solution
The stock coolers that come with the Ryzen 5 are beefy enough (better than Intel's mediocre stock coolers) even for OC. You'd be fine/safe using the stock cooler, unless, you prefer a much much lower temperature/noise ratio (and looks).

In full load (CPU-Z), the Ryzen 5 1400 just reaches ~50C using its stock cooler:
