I'm getting alot of memory leak on windows 10, with 16GB of DDR4 Ram. I have a relatively high end rig, i5 6600k, 1070, but my ram hovers at around 50-75% with nothing running/showing on task manager. Im fairly sure i dont have a virus, since this has been happening since i purchased this computer brand new, and it doesnt affect game performance at all. Actually, when in game it only goes up around 15%, and i still get around 90fps at 1440p ultra in bf1. The problem is it just annoys me not knowing what the issue is, and ive tried so many things. Ive run many anti-viruses, don't believe thats the issue, and ive tried booting in safe mode. Any suggestions?

you can expand the task manager and check what processes are taking most of the memory.
but that does not mean you need to worry about the usage. the memory is there to be used - kinda irrational to buy memory that will not be used. so OS does not really unload programs from memory util it needs the space for something else. and of course browsers - they might take a lot of RAM
