Easy Quesiton: Is this the same ram?

Hello,
this is probably a very easy and obvious question but I dont want to make any stupid mistakes.
Are these two the same type of ram (except for color)?:
http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/vengeance-lpx-16gb-2x8gb-ddr4-dram-3200mhz-c16-memory-kit-red-cmk16gx4m2b3200c16r
and
http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/vengeance-lpx-16gb-2x8gb-ddr4-dram-3200mhz-c16-memory-kit-black-cmk16gx4m2b3200c16

Edit: Im asking because one is actually cheaper in my country (Norway)

the only difference in their model number is the letter R which I'm assuming stands for Red

Yup, exactly the same. Both share the same model code CMK16GX4M2B3200C16, the only difference is indeed it's color.

The black one is actually 10$ cheaper. Weird..

It doesn't fit in 'RGB' set-ups, so it may sell less... that's why it's cheaper I presume
