I have the AMD A10 7860k and i am wondering whether the gtx 1050 ti 4gb would bottleneck.
please help. I am also on a tight budget

All new games will struggle with that old CPU. Specially the more CPU bound games but also AAA titles will need a better CPU.

There is no way around a new system with new motherboard, new DDR4 RAM and either Intel Coffee Lake or Ryzen CPU.
No reasonable upgrade path with such an old platform as you got.

ah i see. would it do better with simple games like overwatch and League of Legends???
