MSI B250 or Z270 (Gaming M3)

I tried buying an MSI Z270 Gaming M3 motherboard, i was searching for sales and i found one! Not only it was on sale but it was also the wrong one! I was looking and i bought a msi b250 gaming m3. I was asking if there was any difference. Such as the ability to overclock or any changes that might affect me. if not i will just send it back and get a refund.

What cpu did you have? If you had the non-K version CPU, you just keep the b250. If you had the K version cpu, you should buy the z270 for ocing.
Keep in mind 1) the b250 can't oc. 2) the 200 series chipset MB don't support the 8th gen cpu, even they have the same lga1151 socket.
