Can I run H1z1 King of the Kill?

Solution
Which variant are you looking at?

That could have anywhere from an i5-2450M to an i7-2860QM - either way, it will come with a 7690M.

The minimum requirements (officially) are a 1st Gen i5, and a GTX 280 from nVidia.
Whereas the mobile i5-2450M is a dual-core w/hyper-threading.

The GTX280 is roughly on par with the desktop class HD6770 which, in turn is a bit better than the 7690M with DDR3 (not DDR5).

I'd guesstimate you might just about be able to squeeze by at low settings, but I wouldn't bank on it.
It's not likely to be a great experience, even if it can "run" H1Z1.
