Freezing Randomly - AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 - clock_watchdog_timeout

Hi, I just built my first computer, and randomly my computer is either freezing or blue screening. When it blue screens it tells me this error: clock_watchdog_timeout. I am using Windows 10 64bit. By build list is below:

Edit 1: By running my computer in Safe Mode with Networking, I was not able to get it to crash again after about an hour.

Edit 2: After an automatic Windows Security Update, everything seems fine. This automatic update launched after I had reformatted my drive and reinstalled Windows 10.
