Where do I connect these fans!? URGENT

Hey everyone.

I want to buy these RGB fans ( https://goo.gl/raDQ6p). However I don't know where does that tiny cable goes. (Look at the PCB photo)

So, at this moment I know that the fans connect on those headers at the PCB. The PCB is powered by that 4-Pin connector (is that a MOLEX?) but, what about that cable?

you hook up the fan controller pcb using molex! then the fans go into the pcb, and using the remote (aiming at the smaill black dot at the end of the cord) you can change the colour. the fans are powered using a 4 pin. so if you have enough 4-pin headers on your motherboard you will not need the controller, but then you can't cahnge the colour. choice is up to you!

If i'm not wrong i would say it is the IR reciever for the remote not a connector.
looks like it just needs power from a molex(yes it is) and then you control it via the remote.
