What utility did you use to check the temp.? The Asus AI Suite?

Have you tried another utility to check sensors?

You can also try HWiNFO. It has both 32/64 bit versions and both also have portable versions which do not need installation. I have used it and it's quite accurate.

If you like you can try that and see if it gives you any more information.

You can find both installation and portable versions here:

Also I should say I agree with ShadyHamster, maybe updating the BIOS would resolve the issue.

I didnt update bios because i dont know how :(
I have downlod all the drivers and updates from here: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-Z270-K/HelpDesk_Download/

I installed all except bios update because i dont know how to do it. Is it hard to update bios?

It's a fairly simple process these days.
You just need to download the bios file from the Asus website, it's usually zipped up, just extract the bios file onto a usb drive then head into the bios, from there you just need to locate the EZ flash utility, usually in the 'tool' tab (I'm going off a z77 bios so the layout might be different on z270), you can always check the user manual.
The process is automated after loading up the bios file and accepting a couple warning popups.
