i have asked my main question here, http://tomshardware

i am in the process of getting new PSU.
i have shortlisted
seasonic 750w

but seasonic 850 watts costs almost same here , and if i am going to invest that much i am better with 850 watts PSU in case i upgrade my PC in future.
theres not much difference in price of 750 and 850 seasonic psu.

so i have questions.,

I have 880 watts 1100 va UPS. pure sine wave

can 880 watts UPS handle 850 watts PSU ?

load right now is not more than 450-550 watts.

thanks for your time,.

Solution
As long as your computer is pulling less power than the UPS can supply, you should not run into any issues.
As for the type of UPS, I believe the pure sine wave is the one you need. Power supplies can be fussy when running on different UPSes, but usually is not too much of a problem unless your PSU contains an active PFC.

I do not see a problem here.
