I have a CPU heat sink installed. The CPU fan clips onto the side of the heat sink and has four pins.

For some reason, the fan isn't spinning around however, I can use my PC without a problem?

Does anyone know how to fix my fan so that it will start spinning again?

This is it ^^^^

Now that is a very interesting situation. What I would recommend beginning with is to reset the bios on the machine if for some reason the fans are set to not spin at all this will clear it out(this is unlikely as you would have had to tell the bios to do this).
It looks like your board only has the cpu fan header and the system fan header and you said you have at least 3 fans. How are they all connected? The cpu fan and back exhaust on the motherboard and the intake on a molex adapter?

Is the fan plugged into the motherboard? If it is can you spin the fan with your finger with no resistance? If it is plugged in then the only two things that I can think of is the fan is bad or there is something stopping the fan from spinning like its hitting the heatsync or something is blocking the blades from spinning up.

I can't see anything that's possibly blocking it and I have it plugged into the right pins. It was working yesterday fine as always, and now it's just stopped.

I've done a complete new install of windows 10, it sounds stupid but there woulnd't be any drivers to install for it, would there?

No there is no drivers for the fan itself. Sounds like your fan is just dead. With that cooler you can use just about any fan to replace the fan already on there just stay away from really low static pressure fans and you will good to go.

I'm having a problem will all my fans, my front intake fan and my back exhaust fan have completely stopped working. My GPU fan is fine but these aren't. What the hell is going on?

MERGED QUESTION
Question from BurningxSH0CKZ : "None Of My PC Fan's Are Working!"

My CPU fan is not spinning at all, I've plugged it into the main cpu fan pin and I get nothing.

Both my front and back intake/exhaust fans are not spinning too. The lights on these fans display and my PC allows me too boot windows without my BIOS saying "Hey, somethings wrong, let's not boot"

I'm I missing something, Is there some setting somewhere in the BIOS or maybe even a software that can fix this problem.

I've done a clean install of Windows 7 and these things have just happened to me.

GA-H61M-DS2 (rev. 1.0) This is my motherboard, any help would be amazing <3
