I feel my PC Specs should be able to keep above 70 or maybe 80 fps, 60fps minimum, but I get frame drops down below 60 occasionally into the low 50s and sometimes 40s. I've been trying to track down the problem for awhile now, from tweaking settings in-game and in the nvidia control panel, to reinstalling windows, but I've always come up short.
PC Specs:
CPU: i9-7900x (stock)
GPU: Asus ROG Strix gtx 1080 ti (stock)
RAM: 32gb corsair dominator at 3000mhz
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i v2
