so i have a asus b150 plus and 1x4gb ram 2133 mhz
and i installed another same model 1x4gb 2133mhz and pc is starting normally but doesnt show anything on screen not even bios ?
i tried removing cmos and didnt work
and after replacing my old 4gb stick it works ??
rams are the same exact models

are you inserting the additional memory stick in the correct slot ? usually the mobo manufactures advises in their user manual to use slots 1 and 3, or 2 and 4.
(as you are saying that the new mem stick is the same as yours old one, I'm skipping questions regarding compatibility)
also, have you tried to use just the new mem stick, to see if the pc starts just like when you have the old mem stick only ?

Even if the two sticks are the same model, if they were bought separately or not in the same kit/box they could be incompatible. If this is the case there isn't much you can do unfortunately.

i putted in same color (1 and 3 , and 2 and 4 ) but still not working
i have tried just the new one and didnt work so it means my mobo is all right but ram has problem or bios?

it is 100% sure that your new memory stick is defective. just return it and ask for a new one.
