Xbox One Audio Settings for Turtle Beach Elite Pro Headset and TAC

I just bought a Turtle Beach Elite Pro Headset and Turtle Beach Tactical Audio Controller (TAC) for use with my Xbox One.

The audio quality is bad. I'm assuming the reason is that I haven't configured the settings on the Xbox One correctly. There was a full guide and a video posted by Turtle Beach in May detailing how to do it, but since then Microsoft has significantly changed the Xbox One home screen layout and settings options.

Here is a full list of the relevant audio options (headings and subheadings are underlined; options are bold):
