Hello,
i would like to know if this brand of GTX 1060 6 GB of https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N1060WF2OC-6GD#kf will run without any problems like (any PC component maybe get burnt, system failures, freezing and crashing) on http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/power-supplies-by-wattage/elite-power-v2-500w/
My current build is :
Motherboard :Gigabyte H170-D3H
CPU :Intel Core I5 6600 3.30GHz
Ram : 8gb DDR4 kingstone hyper x fury 2400mhz
Storage : Seagate 7200 rpm (2TB)
Also not plans to overclock but maybe i would like use easy settings

Solution

Single GPU is still the best option, doesn't have the problems of multi GPU systems.

Doesn't matter what you get, GTX 1060 or RX 580, either will work fine.

The GTX 1060 6GB is slightly faster than the RX 580.

That is NOT a good PSU at all so if you like the parts you are getting etc don't get that PSU>

I recommend getting a higher quality unit.

That PSUs rating is a blatant falsehood and you very well may run into issues with stability, shutting down under load, and even possibly damage of other components. The 12v rail is only rated for 360w which is worse that most good quality 400w psus so you gotta wonder what else did they skimp on or lie about? I suggest buying a better PSU.

Yeah I started laughing when I saw that. ROFL :D

As said above, that PSU is pretty crappy. Despite being labelled as a 500W unit, it can only supply 360W on the 12V rail. In modern PCs nearly all power is drawn from the 12V rail, and a good PSU will be rated to supply nearly its total rated power on the 12V rail.

So that PSU is really only a 360W PSU. In theory that would still be enough, but I don't know if I'd trust it.

Edit:
even the gpu using 6 pin ? ,currently system running without any issues with the igpu
Adding a 1060 will increase your total system draw by at least 100W, probably ~doubling current power usage. Just because that PSU is managing now doesn't mean it will continue to do so under those conditions.
