SUMMARY:
My wife has begun streaming on Twitch. I want to put together my old computer parts to run the stream to help take some of the weight off the shoulders of her main machine, which will play the game separately.
So to clarify, this GPU will NOT have to run the game itself. Just the Twitch stream and the OBS software on a 27" Monitor.
The old GPU for it fried, so any info and recommendations for a replacement GPU would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Considering the parts below, is this GPU overkill? We're trying to not spend too much, but we're willing to spend around $60-$70 so it runs well.

CURRENT PARTS:
MOBO = Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R
CPU = Intel Q6600
RAM = 2x2 Corsair 2GB XM2X2048-6400C5
PSU = Corsair VX550
Monitor = Acer H276HL
