I Feel like I'm taking legit crazy pills.

Ive built 10 pcs in my lifetime if not more and never had an issue like this. The CPU pins simply do not add up.

The mobo has a CPU 8 pin config, and the 2 CPU cables provided with my EVGA G3 are 8pin one side and two 4pin connectors, the issue is that the clip on the bottom of the 4pin connectors are just as big as an 8 pin, so when lined up to meet in the middle it is WAY too big to fit into the PSU connection not to mention its not even centered.

If I try to use the two 4 pins on the board and then the 8 pin on the PSU, the two 4 pins aligned with the connectors touching has reversed ports. Square and sorta square (not sure what their names are) but its backwards so it does not fit into the mobo.

I am either having a major brainfart or something is legibly not compatible...

Its brand new. Just unboxed it. Evga 750w G3

Both CPU cables provided by EVGA are 8pin on one end and 2x 4pin on the other. One of the 4pins on both cables is all 4 pins not being square. And the clips just don't make sense. The clips are 2x the size of the single clip on the 8 pin. I feel like I just got the wrong cables or something?

TBH I didn't do anything new, I was stupid and I didn't plug in the pin before putting in my motherboard for whatever reason so I had limited room to work with. But I had good lighting in there so I could see what I was doing and I could not get the 2x4pin to go in no matter what I did for a shit load of time. Then I tried to put the 2x4 pin into my PSU and realized the just can't happen so I started to just go insane thinking something was wrong.

After many cuts on blades of my Headsink, it is in and the PC is working
