How to flash BIOS on Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1?

I installed Gigabytes AORUS GRAPHICS ENGINE and my GPU LED lights turned off and stoped working. So I tried to fix the problem and installed XTREME ENGINE software but the problem remains. Nvidia led visualizer doesn't work too. I wanted to reinstal BIOS on my GPU but I can't find anywere on their site to download BIOS and adequate software for BIOS flashing.
Is there any way around this problem?

Flashing the BIOS on your GPU is considered to be a form of modding. It can also lead to a bricked GPU and void of warranty if not done correctly and as such it's best if you sent the GPU to the seller and also brought Gigabyte into the matter of your GPU in case something goes wrong on your seller's side.

I'm aware of risks with bios flashing, and unfortunetly returning to the seller is not an option.
I was just wondering why is there no available download for BIOS as other GPUs have and there is no software to do it.
I have already updated BIOS months ago hoping to fix the problem with FAN noise (known Gigabyte problem) but with no success.
Is there any other solution to turn on LEDs on this GPU beside reinstaling BIOS?
