I'm in THailand and they have no choice and selection, so basically I HAVE to buy this one as I have no time...

POWER SUPPLY (อุปกรณ์จ่ายไฟ) THERMALTAKE 550W TR2 S [TRS-0550P-2] (80+ WHITE)

I won't game and really only need about 200 watts, but that's all they have in stock, I'm building an 15 8400 with no graphic card (for now) and an Asrock z370 pro 4

With all the horror stories about power supplies it scares me, there won't be any stock on i5 8400 for months in THailand , I can't have this power supply fry my system!

Solution
For basic computing and no power hungry graphics cards the PSU is acceptable.
It performs more like 450W (not 550W).

If you later decide to add expensive graphics card to your PC, then I'd suggest changing PSU also.
