Im building a new system coming from a pentium G2010 which is slow. I wanted to know what budget cpu would be the right choice for running Guild Wars 2 on the background while i draw some art graphics in photoshop. I mostly open Guildwars2 and photoshop in window mode side by side. Since Guildwars2 pvps take a while to start, i switch to photoshop and draw while waiting for the pvp, my current GPU is a GTX 1060.
