So basically , I have started playing destiny 2 on my pc. the first day i played a good 5-6 hours straight ( dont judge me lol) maybe more. now ive always had an issue if i were to be playing something - anything really - i could see choppiness/ chopped frames EVEN THOUGH it states my game is running at 90 fps or 120 fps. now with other games it wouldn't get worse than just slight choppiness is the actual textures - if i could say. but it wouldn't hinder the gameplay or frames honestly.
now with when i started playing destiny - after about an hour or so of playing the choppy frames get progressively worse. at first its as smooth as butter but over time i see the choppiness get worse and worse until it looks completely terrible.
i have a video from my phone that i will upload in 60fps that i hope does justice to show my issue.

now ive tried to find a solution or at least a reason behind my issue - assuming its most likely either the GPU or my CPU but there are no forums that give me what i need to fix this, ive alreasy updated to the latest drivers - OS- BIOS. someone please help with all possibilities and reasons behind this so i can enjoy my eye candy!!
