I am trying to build a system for my friend and would like some input.

AMD FX 4300
Radeon RX 460 4GB
1TB WD Blue HDD
8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1333 MHZ RAM
EVGA 500W PSU
ASUS M5A78L-M Plus mATX Motherboard
FINAL COST(including mouse and mechanical keyboard): $391.40
This is mainly a budget build that had a max of a $400 not including windows. If there is something better within the price range please recommend them to me.
