Ryzen 3 1200 or 1300X on A320 board?

I'm currently running an X4 950 on my Asus A320 board with a RX 560. Thinking about upgrading in the near future.

Should I go with 1300X instead of the 1200 since I can't OC?

Is the 1300X worth paying 20 bucks more?

Is the price of Ryzen 3 expected to drop any time soon?

Ryzen 3 should remain at same prices until black friday...

I'd go with the 1300X if you can afford it, the extra clock speed will help a lot.

Not sure. The GPU is only a RX 560 which will be replaced by another budget GPUwhich the 1200 is unlikely to bottleneck. The 1300X is 20% more expensive but less than 10% more powerful in games.
