I got a X4 950, a RX 560 and 8GB RAM. I should be getting more than 200fps average according to benchmarks but I'm getting only around 100 with dips into the 70s. XBOX Game DVR is disabled.
Is it my CPU maybe? Rigs that were used for fps tests usually had much stronger CPUs.
