So, after a ton of research and stuff (case dimensions, money e.t.c) , I've come to a conclusion of buying one of the 3 following cards: 1) EVGA GTX 1060 3GB Superclocked. 2) Gigabyte GTX 1060 3GB Windforce OC. 3) Palit GTX 1060 3GB Super Jetstream.
Which one of these cards would be the best option and why? I know that the gigabyte and the palit have 2 fans so better temps (I guess) but in general, which one would be the ideal option?
P.S.: You may as well recommend a different manufacturer/brand for the 1060 3GB, but I would appreciate it if you answered the main question which includes just those 3 cards.

I've had the EVGA GTX 1060 6GB Superclocked and the cooler is large copper+aluminum so it cools very well for a single fan design. But I've also fancied the Windforce OC. They are all three good cards. Pick your favorite and don't regret it. I sort of wished I had a dual-fan after purchasing the single-fan. But that could be with anything, always wanting what we don't have.

I'm aware that a two fan card would most likely have better performance and cooling, but I've heard some bad things about the windforce card. Coil whine, crackling noises and many more (hence the pretty low price compared to other brands?). I'm not quite sure which one of the two (EVGA and Gigabyte) is the better choice. Whats your opinion on that?

I've gone with EVGA more times than any other brand and I've never been disappointed except when I bought the non-superclocked GTX 1060 3GB and it had a wimpy cooler. The SC version has a much better cooler and it rivals some 2 fan models. Very good customer service also.

I've heard many things about the EVGA sc card and I'm sure that I won't be disappointed if I do actually end up buying it, I'm just trying to see if there is a better option out there (Ideally with 2 fans). I've come to a conclusion that I won't buy the Gigabyte one, as I don't want to take the risk of having serious noise or function problems with my card. So, Could you take a look at the Zotac GTX 1060 3GB Amp! Edition and compare it with the EVGA sc? These two have captured my interest.... the palit I mentioned is also a good option but that's pricier. Thanks for your time!
