Pc Specs:
Windows 10 64 bit
intel core i5-4590 3.30 ghz 4 cores
Nvidia geforce gtx 770
8 gigabytes of ram
Motherboard: ASUSTeK H81M-D PLUS (SOCKET 1150)
600 WAT PSU
2 Pc coolers
Memory kit: Kingston HyperX DDR3 1866 C10 1x8GB

(Let me know if i missed something)

So as stated above i have 2 coolers and my pc never really goes above 60 degrees celsius so i don't see overheating as a problem.
Thing is long time ago i had burned my PSU because my pc was on a carpet in a tight corner (good thing insurance is a thing). So i got a new one and didn't insert the second cooler wire properly so it never really ran, until i recently figured it out when i cleaned my pc. And since then occasionally my pc crashes when playing games like borderlands 2, fallout 4 etc. I have often underclocked my pc with this program called "Asus GPU Tweak" which was a program that i got with my pc when i bought it. It hasn't helped here recently, but i usually underclock it when games crash, and a while ago it worked but doesn't seem to be the case now.
I have tried with a few different programs to test my hardware and all of it seemed to fine, my memory kit

So i don't know what to do at this point, other than ask at a forum like this one.
Please let me know if i missed any information.
Thanks in advance :)

Right sorry i guess it got a bit confusing there.
So when i bought the pc PSU died after a while and i think the 2 coolers worked back then, but im not sure i dont see why they wouldn't. Anyways when i inserted the new PSU i only properly connected one of the coolers. When i recently cleaned it and got the other one working by using another wire to connect the cooler to the PSU it worked. And since then everything seems to be a underperforming or so.

Eh i think it's gotta be a case fan.
I mean two of these, actually the picture of this one looks like the exact ones i have. of course there are the one inside of my graphics card too.

Ah ok so case fans...hopefully. If this is sitting on the cpu heatsink (big chunk of metal on your cpu), then that's a problem.
Underclocking tends to help with heat, but it makes systems more unstable (sometimes). I would go to bios and reset bios to default (or take out cmos battery and then put it back in), just to not compound issues.
Also, go to even viewer and look for events marked critical around the timestamp of the crash (within few mins). Write out event ID and description.

So this is the insides of my pc, as you can see the two case fans on each side, graphics card below the motherboard, PSU at the bottom, SSD at the bottom, disk drive at the top, memory kit (red rectangle) next to the motherboard cooler?. Im sure you know what all of this stuff is.
But i'll try out some of things you said tomorrow and keep you updated.
Appreciate the help.

Yeah. Now see that big fan over your cpu? just underneath it is a little round silver battery? Carefully, making sure you touch the metal sides of the case with your hands first, get that battery out (your pc should be off at this point), wait a little, then put it back in. That should reset bios.

Ok so my pc ran fine last night, but this morning i tried taking that battery out, problem is there is a small piece of metal holding it down. So i can't really get it out. I know it is hard to see on that picture but imagine two little metal lines on the right side so infinetly small.
