need help fitting corsair h100i v2 to msi gaming 5 motherboard

my cpu temp have randomly gone really high, like 90 temp at idle and i think its cause my cpu cooler isnt fitted right, i had no idea what i was doing when i put this pc together and im needing someone to tell me which exact cable goes into which header because iv looked for guides online and had no help, any further questions just ask.

It only fits one way. i would suggest to take it apart and start again because i cant see what the problem is. I would make sure you are using the correct standoffs. There are 3 diferent kinds with that cooler. 1 is AMD and the other 2 are intel the manual will explain which one is which. Theres is the one for 1050/1151 and the other is 2011
